EXECUTIVES

Haddasha Collins-Weaver

CEO / Founder

Haddasha grew up in Providence Rhode Island and starting serving the community at the very young age of 10. Her grandmother and mother always encouraged her to serve the community.  She always found it a joy to empower others and working with the ‘least of these.’ Her areas of focus have been dealing with indigents, domestic violence and empowering children.

Haddasha worked to serve the community for many years. Her career path has been working as a nurse. She has been privy to volunteer throughout Mexico and on community based health drives in the United States. She has also set on a board of a nonprofit organization called African Advocates Against AIDS.

During the last ten years, she has been a caregiver for her mother. That brought her to Virginia. That is where she found her call and purpose. She is an advocate of change. Instead of looking to the left or right she took it upon herself to make an impact.

Since the Year of Reparations commenced and dismantling institutional racism she knew her purpose was to be a part of being a bridge between United States and Nigeria.
